Open only to legal residents of the KJRH-TV viewing area which includes only the following counties in OK: Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Haskell, Latimer, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okfuskee, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner, and Washington, and only the following counties in KS: Chautauquah, Labette, and Montgomery, who are 18 years of age or older as of the day of the on-air giveaway. Void wherever prohibited by law. Individuals who have won prizes from promotions sponsored by Scripps Media, Inc. in the prior 30 days are not eligible. TO ENTER: Watch “2NEWS Today” on KJRH-TV between 5:00am Central Time and 7:00am Central Time or “2NEWS Midday” on KJRH between 11:00am Central Time and 12:00p.m. Central Time every applicable weekday, and when requested, call 918-460-KJRH (5574) and be the designated caller number to win. Chances to call in and win will be given seperately on applicable days during “2NEWS Today” and “2NEWS Midday” and it is not necessary for entrants to watch both newscasts in order to win.
No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. Illegible and incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected entries or entries not received. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be selected by viewer’s caller number based on random answering of the telephone each weekday the contest is run on the air. Decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters. Winners will be notified by phone/mail. Limit one prize per person/household address. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZES: The prizes to be awarded will change each day and will be described on the air prior to announcing which caller will be selected by random answering of the telephone. The approximate retail value of the prize will consistently be less than $300.00. In general, the items to be awarded to the random winner will be similar to event tickets, movie tickets, lottery tickets, books, DVD’s and restaurant gift certificates based on discretion of Sponsor. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. No substitution or transfer/assignment of prize by winners permitted. Subject to all terms, conditions and restrictions on face of ticket, gift certificate or imposed by issuer.
All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form, which may require social security number, postmarked within 10 days of the date on notification materials. Noncompliance within this time period and/or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate potential winner may be selected by random draw from all remaining eligible entries. All winners must produce picture or some other form of proper identification to claim any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with prize of equal or greater value. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
