Tulsa 88, Dallas Baptist 60

TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Justin Hurtt scored 22 points as Tulsa completed the exhibition portion of its schedule with an 88-60 win over Dallas Baptist.

Hurtt, who went 8 for 13 from the field and 6 of 10 from 3-point range on Monday, led five Tulsa players in double figures. Bishop Wheatley added 14 points for the Golden Hurricane, which led 48-27 at halftime.

Jerome Jordan had a double-double for Tulsa with 11 points and 10 rebounds, while Ben Uzoh and Glenn Andrews also scored 11 points each and had eight and six assists, respectively. Uzoh also had six rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots.

Jordan McGowan led Dallas Baptist with 17 points. The Patriots went 2 of 17 from 3-point range.

Tulsa will open the regular season on Saturday against crosstown rival Oral Roberts.
