We have our first Bob Hurley Auto Family High School Football Player of the Week for you, and its the 2009 highest listed recruit in the state of Oklahoma. the honor goes to Tulsa Central Quarterback Demarco Cobb.
His first game as a senior, Cobb was stellar against Webster, accounting for 5 touchdowns before being replaced in the 4th quarter.
Cobb was 7-8 passing and 3 touchdowns, and ran for two more by averaging almost 10 yards per carry.
Cobb is now a member of the Channel 2 2009 team of the year, and is eligible to be named the player of the year at the KJRH-TV annual Bob Hurley High School Banquet December 9th at the Ch-2 studios.
