Zip It Mushroom Steak Sauce from Reasor's & Chef Landry

Zip-It Mushroom Steaks

4 boneless ribeye steaks
6 oz. Zip It Steak Sauce, any variety
4 oz. dry red wine
6 oz. unsalted butter
6 oz. sliced mushrooms

Preheat grill.  Grill steaks to 140 degrees internal temperature for rare, 160 degrees for medium.
Let steaks rest 5 minutes while preparing the sauce.
Gently heat Zip-It Steak Sauce, mushrooms and red wine. 
Stir in pats of butter until melted and smooth. 
Pour over steak and serve immediately with Gia Russa whole wheat angel hair pasta.
