Tropical Layered Salad from The Pink House

2 8-oz. packages cream cheese, softened
2 c. plain yogurt
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. lemon zest
6 Tbs. powdered sugar
1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, chunked
1 qt. strawberries, hulled and slilced
4 bananas, peeled and sliced

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and yogurt with an electric mixer, using medium-high speed. 
Beat until fluffy, about 4 minutes.
Add lemon juice, zest and powdered sugar.  Stir well to combine
Refrigerate until ready to use.

Place pineapple chunks on bottom of a trifle bowl as the first layer.  Top with 1/3 yogurt mixture.
Use strawberries as next layer, top with next 1/3 yogurt mixture.
Finish with a layer of bananas topped with remaining yogurt mixture.
Garnish with strawberries if desired.
