Tiramisu Fondue

Tiramisu Fondue

1/4 c. heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp. espresso or 1 Tbsp. instant coffee granules
1 Tbsp. superfine sugar (optional)
4 oz. dark chocolate, finely chopped

Combine heavy whipping cream, espresso and sugar in small bowl.
If using coffee granules instead of espresso, dissolve in 3 Tbsp. hot water, then add to cream and sugar.
Melt the chocolate in a fondue pot over low heat.
Stir in cream mixture.
Keep fondue warm over low heat.
