Spicy Thai BBQ Wings

Spicy Thai BBQ Wings

Ingredients

2 Tbs. Hot Sauce
1 Tbs. Melted Butter
2 Tbs. Spicy BBQ Sauce
4 Tbs. Sweet and Spicy Thai Sauce
½ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
½ tsp. Cayenne Pepper

20 Fresh Chicken Wings, halved
¼ Cup Vegetable Oil
Season Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)


Directions:

Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except season salt and pepper, in a nonreactive bowl. Cover and store overnight.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove sauce from refrigeration. Stir if needed.
Rinse and dry wings. Lightly coat wings with vegetable oil, and moderately season with black pepper and season salt. Place on baking rack.
Bake wings at 400°F., until crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Pour hot wings into large mixing bowl and coat with sauce. Toss wings in sauce until completely covered.
