Melting Tuna Calzone

Melting Tuna Calzone

1 can tuna in water, drained and flaked
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pizza dough or packaged, refrigerated pizza crust

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Combine first 9 ingredients. 
Roll pizza dough into a 16x11 rectangle on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 6 squares.
Spoon the tuna mixture into the center of the squares and fold each square in half diagonally, completely enclosing the filling.
Crimp the edges to seal. 
Bake 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
