Lemon Pepper Catfish from The Fish Shack

Lemon Pepper Catfish from The Fish Shack

1 lb. catfish fillets
1 whole lemon
Fresh ground black pepper
Melted butter
Salt to taste

Preheat skillet to medium high heat.
Melt butter in skillet and lightly brush fish with butter.
Before placing fish in skillet season to taste with fresh ground pepper, salt and fresh lemon juice
Place in skillet, cook 3-4 minutes per side.
Fish will be done when it becomes white and flaky
Before serving squeeze and garnish with a slice of fresh lemon.

Side dish suggestions rice and steamed veggies.
