Sundried Tomato Dip

Lambrusco'z Sun-dried Tomato Dip

3 8oz. blocks cream cheese at room temperature
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
2 tsp. tobasco sauce
2 Tbsp. diced green onions
kosher salt and pepper to taste

Whip the cream cheese in a mixer until creamy. 
Add mayo and sour cream and blend until smooth.
Mix together sun-dried tomatoes, tobasco, green onions, salt & pepper and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Garnish with green onions and sun-dried tomatoes.

Yield:  Approx. 1 quart
