Jerry's Jalapenos from Leon's On The Restless Ribbon

Whole jalapeno peppers
Cream cheese
Smoke gouda cheese
Lil' Smokey sausages
Peppered bacon

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Cut tops off jalapenos and halve length-wise, scooping out and discarding all the seeds.
Blend cream cheese and Gouda in a food processor a little bit at a time to soften the Gouda
Using a pastry bag, pipe the cheese onto the scooped out side of a jalapeno half.
Top the cheese with a sausage and wrap with one slice of bacon.  Secure with a toothpick.
Repeat for as many jalapenos as you like.
Place wrapped jalapenos in an oven-safe skillet
Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes until bacon is crispy.
Serve hot.
