Greek Pasta

3-4 oz. Grilled Chicken Breast
1 oz. Sliced Black Olives
1 oz. Pepperoncinis
1 oz. Diced Tomatoes
1/2 oz. Roasted Yellow Onions
1/2 oz. Roasted Green Peppers
1 Tsp. Toasted Herbs
2 oz. Garlic Basil Olive Oil
9 oz. Cooked Penne Pasta Garnish
1/2 oz. Green onions
1 oz. Feta Cheese

Cut grilled chicken into strips. Place the chicken in a bowl and add the black olives, pepperoncinis, tomatoes, onions, peppers, herbs, and olive oil. Reheat pasta in boiling water for 30 seconds and add to the bowl. Toss the ingredients until everything is well incorporated. Place the in a serving bowl and garnish with green onions and feta cheese.

GARLIC BASIL OLIVE OIL

1 cup Olive Oil
1/8 cup Chopped Garlic
1/8 cup Chopped Basil
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

Mix all ingredients until well incorporated.
