Garlic and Herb Scallops

6-8 large sea scallops
Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
Pre-heat skillet on medium high heat. 
Place scallops on paper towel to make sure they are completely dry.
Add garlic and herb seasoning, salt and pepper.
Cook on medium high heat approx 3 minuets per side, flip only once.
You should get a good sear on both sides.
Note: Scallops get a better sear if dry.
