Gaetano's Pizzeria & Creamery Pepperoni Rolls

8 oz. pizza dough or frozen bread dough
Flour
Pepperoni sliced
Shredded Mozzerella and/or Provolone cheese
Garlic butter
Grated Parmesean cheese

Create your own fresh pizza dough with any common recipe or start with a frozen bread dough from the freezer section of your local grocery store. 
If using frozen dough, follow the thawing and proofing directions on the package.
Form dough into a ball.
Cover work surface and dough ball with flour and roll into a 10" round shell.
Cut the rounded dough into 4 equal pieces.
Lay 4-6 pepperoni slices on each piece and cover with cheese.
Fold outside two edges in until they almost meet and then roll over to the point.
Brush with garlic butter and cut rolls in half.
Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and lay rolls on pan.
Bake for 10 minutes at 475 degrees until golden brown.
Remove from oven and brush again with garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
