El Guapo's Grilled Red Snapper Fish Taco

EL GUAPO’S GRILLED RED SNAPPER FISH TACO

2 oz canola oil
3 each red snapper strips, 2-3 oz pieces
3 each gin flour tortillas
2 oz red chile aioli
3 oz jalapeno slaw
1 oz pico de gallo
3 oz guacamole
1 oz Mexican crema
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz refried beans
4 oz poblano rice

*Spray a medium sauté pan with spray release and heat canola oil. Season fish strips with salt and pepper and place in heated pan. Cook each side evenly until done (~3-5 mins) OR cook over medium flame grill.
*Heat tortillas in a microwave or lightly sauté in a pan on low heat, until heated through.
*Place 1 oz of slaw on each tortilla. Continue to build layering fish, aioli, crema, guacamole and pico de gallo.
*Serve with rice and beans.
