El Guapo's Chilaquiles Con Huevos

CHILAQUILES CON HUEVOS

4 oz corn tortilla chips
12 oz salsa roja
3 oz jack cheese
1 oz diced onions & cilantro
1 oz Mexican crema
3 slices avocado
2 eggs

Place chips in sauté pan and add salsa roja over medium heat. Cook until chips begin to soften and are heated through. Place cheese on top and melt under broiler. Garnish with onion, cilantro, Mexican crema and avocado slices. Cook eggs any style and place on top.
