Cucumber Salsa

Cucumber Salsa

1 cup- diced red onion
1 1/2 cups- diced cucumber
1 bundle - minced cilantro
1- minced de-seeded jalapeno
juice of 1 lime
 
Add all ingredients into a bowl, toss together, and add salt and pepper to taste
