Crustless Quiche

Cedar Creek Bed & Breakfast

Combine:
 
3 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup red peppers
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion

Put in greased 9x10 round pie plate. 

Combine:

 2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Pour over other ingredients and bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees.
