Chicken Fettucini

Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 Tbl. lemon juice
1 cup chicken broth
3 Tbl. butter
2 Tbl. flour
1 cup half & half
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
4-5 dashes Tabasco Sauce
12 oz. fettuccine
1 cup Mozzarella cheese

1) Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Saute mushrooms in butter and 1 T. lemon. Add flour, stir in chicken broth.
2) Add Half and Half, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 T. lemon juice and Tabasco sauce to make a creamy sauce.
3) Meanwhile, cook fettuccine noodles until done and drain. Combine noodles, chicken, sauce and Mozzarella.
4) Bake at 350 for approximately 40-45 minutes, uncovered. Top with 1/4 Parmesan cheese in the last 10 minutes of cooking.
