Charleston's Shrimp Ceviche

Charleston's Shrimp Ceviche

2 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
1 qt. diced tomatoes
1/2 oz. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. red onion, diced
1/8 c. fresh jalapeno pepper, minced
3/4 c. jicama, diced
3/4 tsp. granulated garlic
1 1/4 Tbsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. fresh cracked black pepper
1 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
3 avocadoes, medium dice

Combine all ingredients except avocadoes and allow flavors to blend for 6-12 hours.  Add avocado just before serving.
Serve with a bowl of warm tortilla chips.
