Certified Angus Beef Stroganoff

Chef Landry's Certified Angus Beef Beef Stroganoff
2.25 lbs. rib eye steak
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic
Dash red pepper
1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
28 oz. brown gravy
1 oz. yellow onions
1 oz. sliced mushrooms
10 oz. cream of mushroom soup
16 oz. tomato soup
1/2 oz. sour cream
1 oz. stuffed green olives

Dice the rib eyes.  Braise with worcestershire sauce and spices on the stove.
Add brown gravy and simmer for one and a half hours til tender.
Add onions, mushrooms, olives, mushroom soup and tomato soup.
Bring to slow simmer and add sour cream.  Cool until hot and serve over rice.
