Caz's Chowhouse Corn, Bean and Cucumber Salad

Caz's Chowhouse Corn, Bean and Cucumber Salad

1 can each of corn, black beans and kidney beans
1/3 c. red bell pepper, chopped
1/3 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 cucumber, peeled and seeded, quartered and sliced
1/3 c. salad oil
2/3 c. white vinegar
Juice from ½ lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash all vegetables before beginning.
Drain and rinse canned products in colander.
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mix, chill and eat
Serves 6-8
