2-3 oz. boneless chicken breast
1 1/2 oz. chopped mushrooms
2 oz. demi-sauce or brown sauce
Olive oil
1 oz. sweet Marsala wine
Flour

Dredge chicken in flour Cook in olive oil When nearly done add mushrooms and sauté Drain any extra oil and add wine and brown sauce Bring to a good, hot but brief boil before serving.
