Perfect Pie Crust

Perfect Pie Crust From The Amish Kitchen

2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. shortening
7 Tbsp. water (ice cold)

Place all dry ingredients and shortening in food processor and pulse until the shortening is pea sized in the flour. 
Pulse and add several tablespoons of ice water, pulse, add rest of water, pulse.
Pour out on floured surface and form dough ball.
Roll out for pie crust.
