AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY IS SHAKEN WHEN FOUR POLICE OFFICERS ARE SHOT
When Detectives Cyrus Lupo (Jeremy Sisto) and Kevin Bernard (Anthony Anderson) arrive on the scene of four fallen police officers, they have to act fast to find the shooter. With a room full of witnesses, they have a description of the culprit but little else. The case becomes even more complex when the detectives discover that the police officers may have known the shooter. The investigation quickly leads them to a circuit of drug dealers, a jealous husband and a remorseful judge who are all pieces of a larger puzzle. Also starring: S. Epatha Merkerson (Lieutenant Anita Van Buren), Sam Waterston (District Attorney Jack McCoy), Alana De La Garza (Connie Rubirosa) and Linus Roache (Michael Cutter).

THE CONTESTANTS HEAD HOME AND GET WARM WELCOMES – AND A SURPRISE BIKE CHALLENGE WITH A CUPCAKE TWIST This week, the contestants return to their hometowns to visit family and friends. But with those happy reunions comes the challenge of continuing to eat right and exercise despite all of the distractions and temptations away from the ranch. After arriving home, the players also get a surprise – a gift crate with a stationary bicycle and a DVD of host Alison Sweeney explaining the at home temptation and challenge that awaits them. Each contestant will ride the length of a full marathon (26.2 miles) on their new stationary bike – but they are also provided with a temptation in the form of 48 mini cupcakes. For every cupcake a contestant may choose to eat, they can apply five minutes to the final ride time of any other player during the bike challenge – a twist that could have a dramatic impact on the outcome of the game. Later, the weigh in back at the ranch reveals how they all did at home before another contestant is eliminated and sent home for good. Trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels also star.

When a rich and powerful couple with political connections is found murdered in their bedroom, Detectives Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and Elliot Stabler (Christopher Meloni) decide to speak to the deceased couple’s daughter, Anne (guest star Sarah Paulson), for more information. After hearing Anne's account of a nefarious man who has been following her, the detectives soon discover that Anne’s supposed stalker is none other than Detective Ash Ramsey (guest star Naveen Andrews) of the Special Frauds division. Convinced that Anne killed her parents for their money, Ramsey becomes suspicious of Anne’s business manager and is led to believe that he helped her steal money from the foundation she runs. When blackmail and embezzlement come into play, the detectives find that their lives may be at risk over a girl with some serious parent issues. Though the victim's condition has rendered her unable to speak, the detectives soon deduce that someone close to her is responsible, with the lead suspects being her resentful sister (guest star Jill Scott) and troubled nephew (guest star Quinton Aaron). As the investigation continues, Benson and Stabler strive to make Cara comfortable with coming forward to stand up for herself and illuminating some of the disturbing truths about the assisted living business. Upon further investigation, the detectives encounter Carville in a meeting with DA Jack McCoy (Sam Waterston), and Carville admits to a series of workplace affairs and a blackmail threat leaving the detectives suspicious of Carville and her co workers. After an unpleasant exchange with a man she claims is her boyfriend, the detectives become suspicious that she may have fabricated her rape to get attention. Their suspicions grow when she waits to reveal that there was an eyewitness. As the gravity of the situation intensifies, Benson and Stabler find themselves in a race to track down the witness and get a testimony before it is too late.
