A Texas highway is open once again after a plane landed in the middle of the road Wednesday.
It happened in Amarillo, Texas.
Authorities say it was an unusual scene on the highway. The single-engine bi-plane made an emergency landing right on the roadway.
Two men were aboard the plane and were not hurt in the landing. They had taken off from Altus, Oklahoma.
Officials said there was a problem with the plane's fuel switch. The pilots immediately had it repaired, and with permission from the Federal Aviation Administration, used the highway as a runway to take off again.
