Steven Strahm can now watch his favorite shows on DirecTV, without feeling like he's being ripped off in the process.
That wasn't the case just a few months ago when his DirecTV receiver broke down.
DirecTV gave Steven a new receiver but then took 510 dollars out of his bank account to pay for it!
Steven knew it wasn't right.
"I went way up the chain of command talking to everybody from the person in customer service to the person in the office of the president of the company," said Steven.
Steven says DirecTV told him it would refund the money within ten days, but it never came.
That, made paying more important bills difficult.
"I was juggling money from one account to another to make sure I didn't get overdraft fees," said Steven.
Steven even complained to the FCC, with no results.
"Then I finally called 2 Works for You and within 48 hours the money was back in my hand," said Steven.
That's all it took to get the 510 dollars back in his bank account and all that financial stress out of his life.
"I want to give a big thank you to 2 Works for You. They did a great job."
