The fine print of the new law shows that many car owners won't qualify

US officials estimate hundreds of thousands of pieces of radioactive material are missing nationwide. As part of a 2NEWS investigation we found cases where it turned up in scrap metal yards right here in Green Country. 2NEWS reporter Marla Carter shows us why the government is not tracking all radioactive material and the problems of finding a safe place to dump it.
