Are you happy with your credit card?
If you're not, you're not alone: with cards adding new fees and raising rates, a new
JD Power survey found credit card satisfaction near an all time low!
JD Power says many credit card holders are unhappy with their card these days....as a result of a parade of rate hikes, new annual fees, and lower credit limits.
The Favorite Cards, according to JD Power?
- American Express tops the list
- Discover was next
- National City bank was rated third
The Least Favorite cards:- Capitol One
- WaMu, which is now Chase
JD Power says customers rating cards poorly were turned off by recent rate hikes, cuts in credit limits, and difficult customer service
My advice? If you don't like your card's changes, its never too late to search for a better card.
If your rate is headed for the stratosphere, shop around for a better card, so you dont waste your money. I'm John Matarese.
