Dan Threlkeld's 1st Snow Contest

2 Works For You Meteorologists have been named "Most Accurate" weather team in Tulsa for the past four consecutive years by Weather Rate. Now is your chance to see how accurately you can predict the weather!

2NEWS Chief Meteorologist Dan Threlkeld's 1st Snow Contest challenges you to "predict" when the 1st snow will fall in Tulsa.

Just click the button below, then fill out a form and predict the following:

* Date of the 1st measurable snow. (amount over a trace)

* Hour the 1st measurable snow will begin to fall.

* Amount of the 1st snow event.

In case of a tie, the entry submitted earliest will win. You are predicting snow as recorded at the Tulsa International Airport, as this is the official observation point for Tulsa for the National Weather Service. Amount must be over a trace, which is defined as an amount over 1/10" of an inch.

You cannot e-mail your prediction in, you must fill out the form on KJRH.COM. You must also be 18 years of age, or older, to participate. Only one entry per person will be allowed. Winner to be determined by KJRH and must agree to appear with Dan on one of his weathercasts on 2NEWS.
