OK Mozart in Bartlesville celebrating 30 years with concerts, recitals and parties June 7 through 14

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. - OK Mozart will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a celebration June 7 through 14.

Storm Shield Chief Meteorologist Brett Anthony will be the emcee of the opening night celebration.

The week begins with a free concert with the 145th Army Guard Concert Band inside the Bartlesville Community Center at 6 p.m.

Festivities then move outside to Earl Sears Park where there will be family-friendly live entertainment, food and much more, including giveaways from 2 Works for You.

We’ll be there along Cherokee Avenue for all the fun.

At 8 p.m., the Austin Triple Bill Block Party starts at Frank & Lola’s on 2nd Street. The free concert party kicks off the adult portion of the opening night, and will feature music of Joe Sundell, Loves It!, and Ramsay Midwood.

2NEWS will be there for coverage on Saturday at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Sunday’s big event features the Amici New York Orchestra with Jon Kimura Parker and the OK Mozart All-State Youth Orchestra at 3 p.m.

The fun continues through the rest of the week.
