Bartlesville drug bust leads to discovery of stolen guns

BARTLESVILLE, Okla. - A drug bust in Bartlesville led to a theft discovery.

Police said two juveniles were in the home at the time of the bust. Stolen guns and drugs were discovered within the residence.

A Crime Stoppers tip about drug deals led police to this home.

Bartlesville police say this bust is one for the books.

"It's a big victory. Our investigators worked around the clock to get us to this point. They deserve all the pats on the back,” said Police Chief Tom Holland.

During the search, Bartlesville officers found $3,000 worth of marijuana and meth as well as $15,000 worth of stolen guns hidden in the attic.

The guns were reported stolen from an Osage County home.
